Returns

RETURNS ARE ISSUED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT. We will refund an unused Tava Passport with it's original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email Kady at kady@tavadventures.com  WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT DATE to arrange return. Once the Tava Passport has been received and inspected  we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. 

Exchanges

We will exchange unused Tava Passport with it's original packaging  WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please  email Kady at kady@tavadventures.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE to arrange exchange. Once the Tava Passport has been received and inspected we will issue a new passport less shipping charges.
